SEPARATE LEGAL ACTION

Withdrawal from a contract is not the same as canceling renewal.

A commercial trial period, a request to stop the next renewal, an applicable statutory withdrawal right and account deletion are different events. Whether a withdrawal right applies depends on the customer, location, contract and law.

Cancel renewalStops a future billing period according to the provider-confirmed timing.
Withdraw from contractInvokes a distinct right only where applicable; eligibility, timing, service performance and legal consequences must be assessed.
Close or delete accountAddresses access and data handling under a separate verified process.

A 14-day introductory trial is a commercial offer. It is not represented as a universal statutory withdrawal period or waiver. Initial self-service sales are limited to the published eligible U.S. professional/business scope; requests outside that scope require review.

Opening email is not receipt.

A request is received only when it is delivered and expressly acknowledged. Include the billing email, legal name, location and subscription-confirmation date. Do not send passwords, card information or controlled records.
