Source failure
The observation still subtracts correctly while the controlling procedure, revision, or exact locator becomes unknown.
Measurement authority is never inferred from a loading state. The requested surface is being prepared.
CALIBRATION STUDIO · DECISION X-RAY
Decision X-Ray now interrogates the same read-only PT-1042 pressure-transmitter fixture used by Sample Record. Point 4 stays fixed at +0.074 psi: inside the stated ±0.100 psi tolerance, outside the guarded ±0.070 psi acceptance interval, and therefore REVIEW under the complete declared basis.
X-Ray no longer reduces every defect to one integrity score. It keeps arithmetic reproduction, decision support, topology, reconstruction, time/context truth, historical replay, and authority separate so a defect can be preserved faithfully instead of being hidden by a green badge.
Point 4 · target 75.000 psi · reference 75.009 psi · DUT 75.083 psi · DUT − reference +0.074 psi. Remove one foundation at a time and watch supportability, reconstruction, topology, time/replay truth and authority separate instead of collapsing into one badge.
The observation still subtracts correctly while the controlling procedure, revision, or exact locator becomes unknown.
The numbers survive while the DUT asset, range, configuration, or lifecycle identity is no longer bound.
The DUT-reference difference remains arithmetic while the identified reference standard disappears from the basis.
The error remains fixed while expanded uncertainty evidence disappears, weakening the support for the decision model.
The same error remains visible while the rule and PASS/REVIEW/FAIL class boundaries become unattributable.
The sample loses the explicit statement that trusted capture time and external Context were not retained or attached.
The current screen can still show the number while the typed fixture/fingerprint needed to reconstruct the sample later is removed.
A supportable, reconstructable decision still cannot become disposition when responsible review/authority state is absent.
X-Ray challenges whether the pressure-transmitter decision remains supportable and reconstructable. Proof Mode separately challenges deterministic Decision Engine execution, topology, proof scope, and cryptographic evidence. Neither silently proves the other.
Which support foundation is missing beside the unchanged PT-1042 observation?
What current public-fixture state can still be reconstructed, and which time/replay/authority claims remain absent?
Can the separate Decision Engine result, decision topology, proof scope, digest, and optional signature be challenged deterministically?
Only retained historical replay state with material reliance can support downstream consequence analysis. PT-1042's public fixture explicitly does not claim that readiness.
Decision Reach keeps the underlying REVIEW record and fingerprint fixed while downstream human-loop conditions are removed. It remains separate from X-Ray formation/reconstruction and from historical AFTERSHOCK consequence.
Keep the same reconstructable REVIEW record. Remove the downstream conditions that determine whether it reaches the right person, in a usable form, and produces a traceable response.
4f9c7b3e…8a21Point 4 error +0.074 psi is inside the stated ±0.100 psi tolerance but outside the configured ±0.070 psi guarded acceptance interval.
PT-1042 is reconstructable only within this typed public fixture: identity, declared source/reference, point observations, uncertainty, rule, decision, review state, engine identifier and fixture fingerprint are inspectable. No trusted time, Context Twin attachment, retained Flight Recorder capsule, historical replay authority or issued release is claimed.
Use Sample Record to inspect the Reconstruction Passport, Proof Mode for the separate Decision Engine proof stack, and AFTERSHOCK only for its synthetic historical-consequence boundary.
