METRAXIOM PRODUCT

From physical instrument to reconstructable decision record.

METRAXIOM connects measurement work, method authority, reference standards, uncertainty, decision rules, review, operations and proof without collapsing their different meanings into one status. The interface can expose the mechanism; the authority model remains explicit underneath it.

START WITH THE WORK

Choose what you need to accomplish.

Four entry points. The same underlying discipline: make the evidence and limitations visible.

Public evaluation · Uncontrolled examples · No certificate or release authority
Choose a public workflow

Select a role to see its steps and open the relevant public tool. Arrow keys work without scripts.

YOUR NEXT MOVE · 01

Build a calibration worksheet

Begin with the item, reference, points, units, and readings. Inspect calculations and export an uncontrolled work package.

  1. Set up

Identify the instrument and select the applicable measurement basis.

  2. Enter readings

Capture reference and DUT values, limits, and required uncertainty context.

  3. Interrogate

Review decisions, incomplete evidence, and the uncontrolled PDF output.

Boundary. A public worksheet is not a calibration certificate or authorized metrological release.

YOUR NEXT MOVE · 02

Understand your instrument fleet

Import an instrument list, review missing or conflicting evidence, and plan work without manufacturing unavailable tolerances.

  1. Retain originals

Import supported lists and preserve source identities.

  2. Resolve ambiguity

Review duplicate tags, dates, sites, incomplete ranges, and missing basis.

  3. Plan capacity

Inspect draft intervals, due work, review flags, and exportable proposals.

Boundary. Draft schedules and evidence proposals require qualified human review before operational adoption.

YOUR NEXT MOVE · 03

Reconstruct a decision

Walk backward from a result into the source, rule, uncertainty, version, and explicit authority boundary.

  1. Read the decision

Separate the numerical result from review and release state.

  2. Trace its support

Inspect procedure, standard, observations, rule, and provenance.

  3. Challenge assumptions

Test a withdrawn dependency without revising the historical result.

Boundary. Public fixtures are illustrative; no customer records or authoritative decisions are implied.

YOUR NEXT MOVE · 04

Explore connection diagrams

Study source-linked instrument connections, see each named wire, and review precautions before physical use.

  1. Find a connection

Search by instrument family, function, or terminal.

  2. Trace the wiring

Show and hide the individually identified illustration paths.

  3. Verify the method

Read the source, actual device manual, ratings, and pending review limitations.

Boundary. Teaching diagrams are not approved wiring instructions; manufacturer affiliation is not implied.

ONE PLATFORM · EIGHT CONNECTED SYSTEMS

Read the product as one architecture, not eight unrelated cards.

Each row names the owned objects, current posture and inspection path. The rail connects the product visually without implying that every relationship is a computational dependency.

Public Studio experiences are available. Private production workspaces, paid enrollment, external AI, live acquisition, and authoritative release remain separate gates whose status is published. Review current status →

Methods

Procedure · immutable revision · applicability · runtime step · specification · calculation model

Resolve the exact controlled method before acquisition, bind it to the work, and fail closed when the authority seen by the operator becomes stale.

Standards

Reference standard · source certificate · range/function capability · support role · intermediate check

Keep the DUT specification, reference physical identity, calibration evidence, intended target, accepted reference value, and DUT indication as separate facts.

Uncertainty & decisions

Uncertainty budget · component · correlation · specification · acceptance interval · decision rule

Separate measurement uncertainty from tolerance and conformity logic. Show why a result is PASS, REVIEW, FAIL, or indeterminate instead of hiding the rule.

Quality

Review · signature · exception · contest · correction · OOT · impact · recall

Make disagreement, missing evidence, nonconforming work, supersession, and downstream impact first-class workflow objects rather than comments or disappearing alerts.

Candidate work-package foundation

Outputs

Manifest · certificate projection · label · DCC profile · evidence package · verification result

Generate customer-facing and machine-readable outputs from the same retained evidence set, preserving issue, amendment, supersession, and verification lineage.

Operations

Calibration program · interval basis · due anchor · work order · customer · custody · delivery

Connect recall, scheduling, receiving, assignment, standards, turnaround, certificate delivery, and history without pretending to be every ERP or QMS function.

Integrations & intelligence

API · webhook · Device Bridge · reference discovery · Ask METRAXIOM · external agent

Use enterprise connections, live acquisition, search, and AI under typed scopes. External services remain outside the canonical authority boundary.

INVERSE INTELLIGENCE · PUBLIC STUDIO

Ask the record what support is missing.

As a worksheet changes, METRAXIOM reads its existing readiness checks in reverse: the next open identity, configuration, basis, observation, or evaluation is named against the saved revision. A Proof Passport carries the stage findings and declared record counts to the exact work-package output.

A separate read-only lens traces which retained records depend on a selected source, without fabricating a defect or changing a historical result.

Start with your own browser-local worksheet.

The public path never independently verifies an entered reading, approves a method, or issues a certificate. Decision X-Ray and AFTERSHOCK remain distinct sample demonstrations.

CONTROLLED WORKFLOW · TARGET ARCHITECTURE

Seven movements from preparation to proof and future recall.

The technician sees the next material task. The system retains the complete authority and evidence context so another qualified person can reconstruct what happened later.

01

Preflight

Resolve physical identity, measurement system, retained context, assignment, competency, procedure, specification, references, environment, and safety.

02

Plan

Define functions, ranges, channels, points, repetitions, direction, dwell, stability, required support equipment, and acquisition mode.

03

Acquire

Append raw DUT, reference, and environmental observations with unit, resolution, timestamp, actor, device, source, and quality state.

04

Evaluate

Apply deterministic corrections, unit conversions, uncertainty, specification expressions, acceptance boundaries, and decision rules.

05

Intervene + as-left

Record adjustment, repair, cleaning, configuration, or part change and create a successor session without rewriting as-found evidence.

06

Review + release

Present unresolved evidence, contradictions, OOT impact, audit lineage, signatures, and exact release blockers against the candidate digest.

07

Package + recall

Issue the authorized projection and proof package; retain dependency paths so later changes can trigger deterministic impact review.

MULTI-DISCIPLINE WITHOUT FAKE GENERICITY

A common evidence kernel. Scientifically distinct measurement lanes.

METRAXIOM does not make a pressure worksheet “universal” by renaming pressure fields. Every controlled discipline must declare its own context, unit set, standards, point planning, corrections, uncertainty, specification forms, safety controls, and golden tests.

Pressure / vacuumReference-quality lane in current retained architecture. Mode, medium, reference basis, head/elevation, density, gravity, leak/stability, cycles, hysteresis.
DC electricalFirst controlled expansion lane. Function/range, 2-wire/4-wire/guard, impedance/loading, shunt, thermal EMF, polarity, settling.
TemperatureFirst controlled expansion lane. Sensor type, coefficients, wiring, immersion, equilibrium, self-heating, reference junction, bath/block stability.
DimensionalFirst controlled expansion lane. Reference temperature, material/CTE, geometry, contact force, alignment, Abbe/cosine effects, thermal soak.
Additional disciplinesPlanned until domain gates pass. AC, RF, flow, volume, mass, force, torque, humidity, dew point, time/frequency, process signals, vibration, acoustics, optical and specialty lanes.
EVIDENCE ARCHITECTURE

The result, its support, and the authority to rely on it remain inspectable.

Simplified reports may hide working detail from the customer view, but they never license destruction or mutation of the underlying technical record.

01

Raw observation

The contemporaneous manual, connected, imported, API, calculated, or migrated fact. It is never deleted merely to improve an outcome.

02

Correction and model

A versioned deterministic transformation with explicit inputs, units, equations, constants, and calculation identity.

03

Uncertainty

The reference composer exposes component assumptions and blocks declared correlation. Controlled-engine support and release authority remain separately qualified.

04

Decision

Specification, acceptance boundary, rule, result, reason code, and authority are separate objects.

05

Review and approval

Human responsibility binds the exact record digest. A changed record makes the prior approval stale.

06

Manifest and proof

The inclusion set, hashes, lineage, limitations, open disputes, recall state, build identity, and verifier profile are retained.

ROLE LENS

One retained record. Different responsibilities. No competing truth.

Role Lens changes the order and density of what each person sees. The underlying instrument, source, readings, uncertainty, rule, history, fingerprint, and release state do not change with the viewer.

DEPLOYMENT AND INTEGRATION

Hosted SaaS today. Additional profiles only when they are real.

The current commercial architecture is a hosted Next.js, Supabase, and Vercel application. Local Professional and Air-Gapped editions remain planned until identity, installation, key custody, backup, update, support, offline verification, and validation controls are independently built and tested.

CMMS, EAM, QMS, LIMS, ERP, API, webhook, Device Bridge, and external-agent paths are versioned and independently permissioned. No connected system gains silent measurement or release authority.

Current availability is explicit.

Public Studio experiences are available. Private production workspaces, paid enrollment, external AI, live acquisition, and authoritative release remain separate gates whose status is published.

TRUST BY CONSTRUCTION

The product is strongest where it refuses to pretend.

AI suggestions are not facts. Retrieval is not evidence. A live value is not released authority. A valid hash is not proof of truth. A due date requires an approved interval basis. A subscription cannot create competence. A review is not release. A released record cannot be silently rewritten.
