METRAXIOM Acceptable Use Policy
Rules protecting people, measurement integrity, customer information, service availability, AI capacity, connected systems, billing, and the rights of others.
1. Lawful, authorized and scoped use
Use METRAXIOM only for lawful purposes and only with information, source documents, systems, provider accounts, credentials, organizations and equipment you are authorized to access, administer or process. Use must remain within the applicable account, plan, jurisdiction, information and deployment scope. A successful login, payment or checked box does not authorize a prohibited or separately restricted use.
2. Ordinary self-service boundary
The ordinary self-service route supports lower-risk professional and business measurement-support work using ordinary business information. It is not approved for classified information, controlled government information, export-controlled technical data, protected health information, payment-card data outside Stripe, or other specially regulated material. Official government deployment, flight-critical or airworthiness decisions, clinical or patient-safety decisions, drug or medical-device batch disposition, weapons control, nuclear safety, critical-infrastructure safety control and comparable high-consequence activity require a separately reviewed written scope and technical controls or will be refused.
3. Security interference
Do not probe, scan, exploit, bypass, disable or interfere with authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, rate limits, payment controls, AI-provider boundaries, storage boundaries, logging, integrity checks, release gates or other security controls except under an expressly authorized security-testing program. Do not use prompt injection, uploaded text, external agents or connected providers to treat untrusted content as system instructions or to obtain another customer's information.
4. Credentials, identity and authority
Do not share credentials in a way that defeats account controls, impersonate another person or organization, create deceptive identities, reuse another person's acceptance receipt, or claim contracting, review or release authority you do not have. Do not connect an AI, API, enterprise, device or payment-provider account you are not authorized to administer. Do not submit consumer-account passwords where an API or OAuth authorization is required.
5. Harmful code, automated load and capacity abuse
Do not introduce malware or destructive payloads, degrade the service, exhaust resources, evade plan or fair-use limits, scrape restricted content, force premium-model routing without legitimate workflow need, or materially impair other customers. Human-scale conversational access does not authorize unbounded automated token generation, resale of inference capacity, credential pooling or use of METRAXIOM as a general-purpose public AI proxy.
6. Intellectual property and source rights
Do not upload or reference standards, manuals, datasets, confidential information, inventions or other material unless you have sufficient rights and authority. Do not use the service to misappropriate protected material, bypass subscription or technical access controls, extract protected nonpublic implementation, or create a competing copy in violation of applicable law or contract. A discovered link or allowed domain is not a license grant.
7. Measurement and evidence integrity
Do not falsify physical instrument identity, reference-standard identity or validity, source authority, target or setpoint, reference or DUT observations, uncertainty information, decision rules, environmental or influence evidence, audit evidence, timestamps, plan state, review status, manifest fingerprint, generated verification mark or release status. Do not present a demonstration, draft, candidate, public worksheet, AI-generated explanation, review-stage item or otherwise gated output as an issued, accredited or authoritative record.
8. AI use
Do not submit personal or customer records, confidential information, credentials, health information, classified information, controlled government information or export-controlled technical data to the public AI guide. Do not present AI output as a controlled source, professional approval, calibration certificate, accreditation finding, compliance determination or release authorization. Verify material statements and citations before use. Declining optional AI does not remove otherwise available non-AI functions.
9. Devices and consequential actions
Do not connect equipment or systems without authority or exceed the documented connection mode. Read access does not authorize writing, adjustment, firmware modification, actuation or process control. Do not attempt an unsupported device command or bypass an independent confirmation, physical safeguard, qualified-person requirement or command-level authorization. A general warning acknowledgment cannot unlock a prohibited action.
10. Billing and account abuse
Do not obtain repeated introductory trials through deceptive parties or identities, manipulate price or checkout metadata, interfere with signed billing events, use a payment method without authorization, evade plan limits, or represent a return URL as proof of payment or entitlement. Do not use cancellation, chargeback or account-access mechanisms fraudulently. A legitimate billing dispute, lawful chargeback, complaint, cancellation or privacy request is not prohibited.
11. Sensitive information and support
Do not place passwords, authentication codes, API keys, private keys, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive measurement evidence in ordinary support email, contact fields or AI prompts. Use the designated authentication, Stripe-hosted payment and approved credential interfaces for their stated purposes. Report an accidental unauthorized submission without unnecessarily reproducing it.
12. Enforcement and customer exit
METRAXIOM may apply proportionate rate limits, blocks, connection revocation, suspension or termination when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, customers, provider capacity, evidence integrity, payment integrity or legal rights. Urgent protective action may occur before notice. Where practical and lawful, notice and a reasonable remedy opportunity will follow.
Enforcement does not erase applicable cancellation, support, privacy, lawful export or account-deletion routes. A customer does not have to accept unrelated new terms or keep a paid workspace active merely to request cancellation. Restrictions may still apply where disclosure or continued processing would itself be unlawful.
13. Questions and good-faith reporting
Questions, accessibility concerns and good-faith security or acceptable-use reports may be sent to ANDREWATTS23@gmail.com. Lawful reviews, regulator complaints, protected reporting and whistleblowing are not prohibited. Opening an email application does not confirm delivery.
