1. Eligibility and honest authority
The public interactive evaluation is for adults 18 or older. Your visitor acknowledgment is your own statement; it is not an identity, professional-competence, organization-signing-authority or workplace authorization check. You must be authorized to use each source, dataset, equipment description and document you choose to enter.
2. Authorized, nonsensitive demonstration records only
Use fictional or authorized nonsensitive information in public tools. Do not submit passwords, tokens, API keys, private personnel records, customer confidential material, protected health information, payment-card data, classified information, controlled government information, export-controlled technical data or information subject to unapproved contractual restrictions. A browser-local workflow may retain temporary state in your device; other individually disclosed, separately enabled paths may contact METRAXIOM servers or external providers. Read the specific feature disclosure before using it.
3. No physical-equipment instruction or release authority
Diagrams, sample wiring, calculations, tolerances and decision labels may be incomplete, mistaken or inapplicable to your device. Never connect, energize, adjust, release or return equipment to service solely because of this site. Confirm manufacturer manuals, terminal markings, site safety procedures, qualified uncertainty and technical review before any real-world action. Public outputs are not issued certificates, accreditation, regulatory decisions or recalls.
4. Evidence and automated findings
ECHO and other public tools can compare supplied records and produce proposed relationships, draft review findings and reproducible calculations. File fingerprints do not prove authorship or traceability. A matched field or a machine-generated explanation does not establish scientific truth, complete source coverage or approval. Originals and uncertainty must remain available for independent evaluation. No external AI use, regulated processing or expert judgment is authorized merely by this acknowledgment.
5. Limited visitor receipt and browser security
After all acknowledgments, METRAXIOM sets an HttpOnly, SameSite browser cookie signed by the server that records the exact visitor-notice version, notice fingerprint, issuance time and expiration; it expires after at most 30 days. It does not store a name, account identity or uploaded file content and does not establish user authentication. Network logs and operational security controls are governed by the Privacy Notice. We cannot guarantee a networked service is risk-free. Keep your browser updated and your own accounts and devices secure.
6. Privacy and separate permissions
Review the published Privacy Notice before entry. Acknowledging the Privacy Notice is not consent to advertising, unrelated tracking, general model training or promotional email. Those uses, where applicable, require a separate lawful basis and appropriate controls. The public acknowledgment does not grant access to private customer workspaces, billing, live acquisition or privileged measurement functions.
7. Existing Terms, support and rights
The September 7, 2026 Service Terms and Acceptable Use Policy remain the published commercial document set; this limited visitor notice does not silently replace them or impose paid subscriptions, organizational obligations or waivers of mandatory legal rights. You can read legal, privacy, security, support, cancellation and account-deletion information before accepting. If you do not agree to these visitor conditions, do not enter the interactive evaluation.
8. Revisions
A material change to these public conditions requires a newly identified source version and a new affirmative acknowledgment before further public interactive use. Existing commercial acceptance records and historical document snapshots are preserved separately. Nothing in a visitor cookie is a qualified metrological signature or proof that an external professional review occurred.
Existing commercial documents are unchanged
Service Terms version 2026-09-07, Acceptable Use Policy version 2026-09-07, and Privacy Notice version 2026-09-07 remain separately published.
These visitor conditions supplement rather than silently replace the versioned commercial account documents. A paid or organizational agreement requires its own acceptance.
